Sipadan
Mabul Resort is located at the southern tip of
Mabul Island overlooking Sipadan. Accommodation is made from
native materials of Borneo and is on a twin share basis.
There are 45 chalets, of which 22 are new stand alone one
room chalets and 23 semi-detached two room chalets.
Altogether, these chalets can accommodate up to 90 guests at
any one time. All the chalets are built with mosquito
screens and have attached bathroom with hot shower
facilities and the comfort of air-conditioning.

holiday safe, easy and fun!
Mabul Water Bungalows
is a new floating dive-resort situated on Mabul Island. Just
a short 15 minutes away is the world renown Sipadan Island.
There are only 12
bungalows available, of which 7 of these are with double
beds and the other 5 are with twin beds. These exclusive
wooden type bungalows are built over the water and stand on
stilts allowing you to enjoy the cool breeze and sheer
comfort.
Each bungalow is exquisitely furnished with contemporary
décor, equipped with the comforts of a modern home including
remote control air-conditioner, ceiling fan, private
bathroom with hot and cold shower and toilet, spacious
private balcony that offers a panoramic vistas of the
turquoise blue sea, colour satellite TV, mini bar and
in-room safety box.

Team-building is
one of the resort's attractions, especially for convention
groups who enjoy the various challenging outdoor activities. The
refreshing cool air of the highlands creates the perfect setting
for outdoor team building activities.

designed byexperts help develop and foster greater team spirit,
better working dynamics and provide excellent team building

paintball wargames, obstacles courses,
high and low ropes, prosiking, treasure hunt/explorace/fear
factor with a theme eg crime scene to solve, walk hunt, car hunt
survival night (where participants will be tested on their skill
to survive for 1 day and 1 night), raft building and rafting
race, beach games eg. beach volleyball, futsal, kayak, race,
corporate team building games, tubes games and race, water polo,
map reading and orienteering, telematches etc
