CANCELLATION TERMS Prior to departure :
The cancellation rulings may differ and will not follow agreements made with the hotels and apartments involved. In case of any dispute, the decision for any refund that does not conform to the rules above is at the discretion of the management.
REFUND No refund will be made if you fail to utilize in full the items booked for, or leave it prior to its completion or partake in any meals, sight-seeing or accommodation.
TOUR FARE EXCLUDES Excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities to drivers and escorts and all other items of a personal nature; and optional tours. Tips for drivers and guides (at your discretion). Admission fees.
PRICING & SERVICE CHARGES All rates hotels, transfers and package rates stated in the website is subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax unless specifically mentioned that the price is a net.
